    In early February , a weeklong freeze followed by a Pineapple Express storm saturated Western Oregon and led to massive flooding. On Feb. 9, the Willamette River crested in Portland at feet, more than 10 feet above flood stage and the sixth-highest level on record. Below are the Metro areas flooded by the mainstem and major tributaries of the Willamette.
